The entire experience was wonderful. A kitchen was included. We will be back if visiting Monte Verde. All stuff was excellent then.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff here is really friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms in the cottages are new, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there is free wi-fi in the rooms, which made it convenient for us to stay connected. The amenities in the room, such as the heating and mini-bar, were great and added to our overall comfort. We also loved that our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful views.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming pousada. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, with memory foam beds that provided the perfect night's sleep. the breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety of fresh cheese, fruits, pastries, and freshly squeezed juices. the peaceful location and breathtaking views added to the overall experience.

Fantastic Stay at a Charming Pousada

From the moment we arrived at Pousada Palos Verdes, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff was helpful and were really nice too accommodate our needs. The pousada itself was impeccably maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that had a functional fireplace for chilly nights. The memory foam beds provided the most comfortable sleep we've had in a long time. the daily housekeeping was fantastic, even folding up clothes we had left on the floor. But the real highlight was the delicious breakfast spread. Every morning, we were treated to a mouthwatering variety of fresh cheese, meat, pao de queijo, and freshly baked breads. The selection changed slightly each day, ensuring a good surprise each morning. we had an excellent experience at Pousada Palos Verdes and highly recommend it.

The Wi, Fi service was slow, which made it difficult to browse the internet, and there were not many options for meals in the room. some of the amenities could have been more modern and up, to, date.

Our New Year experience was amazing! The complementary drinks and snacks left in our room were a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and relax in a peaceful environment. We also appreciated the fireplace in our room, making our stay even cozier.
